Adult Therapy

 

Our aim is to help individuals explore and improve their emotional, behavioural, and relationship functioning. In therapy, our psychologists work with you to help you to understand what makes you feel and behave the way you do. This can be very beneficial in how we communicate our needs, understand ourselves more, and how we deal with a wide range of issues.

Psychological Assessments

 

We provide psychometric testing for personal, professional, medical, and educational purposes. The assessment will be carried out either in person or online by one of the Clinical Psychologists. Following the assessment, the Psychologist will analyse the scores and write a comprehensive report, which will be discussed with you in a feedback appointment.
